We are excited to invite you to a collaborative online event on June 26, 10:00 AM CEST, to discuss the action plan for the OPERAS Innovation Lab, a key initiative supporting innovation in open scholarly communication within the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH).

In November 2024, we published Guidelines on Publishing and Evaluating Innovative Outputs in Social Sciences and Humanities with all the essential information about the Lab’s objectives, structure and vision. Six months after the publication, this session will be an opportunity to reflect on where we are, where we’re headed, and how we can work together to ensure the Lab becomes a dynamic and sustainable hub for experimentation, collaboration, and impactful solutions in the open science landscape.

Why Join?

As the OPERAS Innovation Lab continues to evolve, your input and engagement are more important than ever. During the event, we’ll walk through the latest developments of the Lab and present our action plan for upcoming year.

This is also a chance for the wider community: researchers, infrastructure providers, and innovators to share perspectives and contribute to shaping the Lab’s priorities.

We’ll be sharing the full agenda soon. In the meantime, you can explore the Lab’s recent developments and strategic direction in our latest report on Zenodo.

We look forward to seeing you there and working together on the next steps for the OPERAS Innovation Lab!
