AI and LLMs continue to reshape the landscape of scholarly services, from discovery tools and notebooks to text editors and research analysis. The OPERAS Innovation Lab stays at the forefront of these advancements while remaining vigilant about the challenges they bring.
During the workshop, we encouraged participants to explore the following questions:
- What are the key needs for SSH innovators working with AI and LLMs?
- How do European SSH stakeholders balance striving for new solutions with ethical and legal considerations?
The GRAPHIA and LUMEN projects, in which our team has been participating since January, provided the context for AI and LLM-based solutions for scholars. We will soon share more details about the goals and planned activities for both projects.
